Welcome to Wiggle Butts Bully Rescue! We are a nonprofit rescue organization specializing in bully breed dogs. Our goal is to find loving, permanent homes for homeless dogs. We strive to educate the public on all the wonderful aspects, and importance, of responsible dog ownership. Bully breed dogs are some of the most loyal, affectionate, and fun best friends you will ever have! We are a small rescue operating with only foster homes, as we do not currently have a facility, but hope to one day! WE NEED DONATIONS!!! We have had several dogs with very high vet expenses lately and really need help, as our adoption fees never cover the costs we have into each dog. The dogs really need the following items: large or XL nylabones, marrow bones, any kind of Kong toy or ball, medium size dog biscuts, “Charlie Bear” small treats – any flavor – for training (sold at PetsMart), Chicken Soup for the Dog Lover’s Soul Adult Dog Formula (dog food – sold at Pet Supplies Plus), and blankets. We can also always use cleaning supplies and laundry detgergent/fabric softner for washing all the blankets and towels! What We DoWe pull dogs in need from shelters and humane societies, assist other rescues overwhelmed with dogs, and rescue dogs from other urgent situations requiring immediate attention. We provide all necessary veterinary care, including spay / neutering, and required vaccinations for all dogs in our rescue. We provide quality food, treats, toys, and bones and daily exercise as well as a warm, safe place to sleep at night. We provide positive training and rehabilitation, providing each dog with his own individual plan for success. We provide information to help dog owners understand the importance of responsible ownership, and proper care for their pets. We provide information to educate the public on the negative misperceptions of bully breed dogs perpetuated by media sensationalism. Approximately five million adoptable dogs and cats are killed every year in shelters in the United States. Please make adoption your first option, and don’t buy while homeless pets die! |
WE NEED FOSTER HOMES!!!!!PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN!We desparately need foster homes for our ‘kids’ to hang out in for a while! It is great for them to learn needed household manners and great for you to be able to experience having a new friend for a while. It’s great if you can’t commit to having a pet permanently but have time for a temporary pal!
