Wiggle Butts Bully Rescue

We are a small rescue organization dedicated to saving the lives of bully breed dogs through rescue, rehabilitation, rehoming, and responsible ownership.

We operate completely out of our own pockets and rely on donations to help as many dogs as we can.

Why Wiggle Butts?

If you have ever had the pleasure of meeting a bully, you know what a wiggle butt is!  It is a familiar term for the oh-so-happy greeting you will get when coming home to your bully best pal!  These dogs are not mere tail-waggers, they wag their entire butt, and sometimes their whole body for that matter!  They can barely contain their excitement to see you and be with you, and this expression typically comes out in the form of an extreme wiggle butt!

Who We Are

We are a small group of friends who started as bully breed owners / guardians, then got into transporting and fostering dogs for others.  We saw such a great need for assistance for bully breed dogs in particular, since many of them cannot be adopted out by shelters, and can only be released to rescue.  Most of the bully rescues in our area, and many other areas as well, are already full, or over-flowing.

Our passion is helping dogs and we felt this was a great way to do it!  We also want to do more for these breeds who are often discriminated against through no fault of their own  We plan to do this through education and getting great breed abassadors out there.  Many people who are afraid of ‘pit bulls’ have never even met one!
